Uptick is building a series of simple vaults on Uniswap V3. The initial vaults will take single-token deposits and deploy liquidity to stable pairs.

Uptick is a smart contract vault system that gives users a simple way to provide liquidity on Uniswap V3 without having to worry about active management. The idea is that you can deposit a single token into the vault (e.g. an ETH vault, a DAI vault, etc.), and the vault pools depositors' assets into a single position on a similar-asset trading pair (e.g. ETH-staked ETH for the ETH vault, DAI-USDC for the DAI vault). Since the trading pair is between similar/stable assets, it should be possible to create a narrow-band position that requires minimal rebalancing, if any. Focusing on similar/stable trading pairs should lower the risk of impermanent loss, while V3’s concentrated liquidity feature should allow users to earn a higher yield more efficiently and with less risk. The goal is to provide users with a safe and easy way to deposit their assets and earn a yield that is independent of borrow/lend markets and requires minimal active management.
